System details system overview

Four ROBOCUT A 100 laser robots in a MultiMove configuration work together precisely to ensure the shortest cycle times. The parts are also fed into and removed from the laser-safe protective cell by a robot-controlled sliding table. The control system is handled by a Siemens S71500 PLC including modern WinCC visualization.

The patented angled nozzle allows for optimal edge trimming while significantly reducing robot movements and ensuring adequate accessibility. At the same time, fewer reorientations ensure shorter cycle times. The system is complemented by a high-speed scanner, which guarantees precise and fast trimming of complex cutouts.
