Process Laser

Laser technology opens up a wide range of possibilities for the precise processing of parts – be it laser cutting and laser welding of plastics, laser perforation of airbag parts, or laser paint stripping. It speaks for itself with its high speeds, precision, and versatility. Contours can be adapted in a very short time – without the use of new tools. Depending on the application and in close coordination with our customers, ROBOT-TECHNOLOGY uses CO₂, diode, or fiber lasers to achieve optimal results.

Process foaming

1K PUR foam technology offers versatile options for reliably sealing parts. Thanks to its excellent adhesion and resilience, this permanently elastic foam adapts perfectly to various material surfaces.

Process bonding

Bonding with 1 or 2 bonding agents allows for high-strength and durable bonds for a variety of materials and applications. Bonding agents are a reliable alternative to mechanical joining methods and ensure resilient, tight, and visually appealing joints. Precise bonding application by robots ensures repeatable results and allows for seamless recording and monitoring of all relevant process parameters – for maximum quality and process reliability.

Process clipping

Clipping is an efficient and fast joining method in which parts are securely connected to one another using special locking and clipping mechanisms – without needing additional materials or screw connections. The automated clipping process with robots ensures consistently high quality. Each clipping process is carried out with precisely defined force and exact positioning. The correct mounting of each clip is verified before the part leaves the system.

Process Ultrasonic welding

Ultrasonic welding is an efficient method for joining plastic parts. High-frequency ultrasonic waves are generated and transmitted to the parts. This generates heat at the welding surfaces, and the parts fuse together. This process creates fast, clean, and strong bonds with low energy consumption.

Process plasma treatment

Plasma pretreatment is a process for surface modification of parts. The plasma application increases the surface energies of the materials, resulting in improved adhesion for subsequent processes such as foaming, bonding or painting. The process is fast, environmentally friendly, and enables effective pretreatment without the use of chemical substances.
