eMobility battery covers

ROBOT-TECHNOLOGY has already implemented several systems for the production of battery covers for electric vehicles, while covering all production steps. This includes the automation of a CDC [cathodic dip coating] system, the application of Sunstar Penguin Foam® 1K-PUR foam for housing sealing and the bonding of a thermal insulator to improve fire protection properties.

eMobility cell handling

The handling and assembly of battery modules requires the utmost precision and care. ROBOT-TECHNOLOGY brings extensive experience in this field and offers solutions for the complete assembly of battery modules, including the electrical testing of individual cells. We also sort the cells for subsequent module bonding.
