Our product range includes all types of grippers, from simple grippers for removing parts from injection molding machines to highly complex, customized grippers and part fixtures, which we design entirely in 3D.

We provide complete 3D design, simulation, and manufacturing directly in-house. We increasingly rely on 3D printing technology to ensure fast and cost-effective implementation. In addition to production, we handle the entire project planning and commissioning on our systems. Our gripper and fixture construction operates efficiently, reliably, and cost-effectively to always offer you the optimal solution.

Gripper construction portfolio

Our grippers are equipped with all the necessary components to allow for efficient and versatile use. This also includes sensors and actuators for precise control. If necessary, we integrate a gripper changeover system that transmits all relevant signals, such as air and electrical signals, as a result, enabling flexible applications. During design, we ensure that the parts are picked up carefully and gently to avoid damage during the gripping process.

Fixture construction portfolio

In addition to the manufacture and design of our robot grippers, we also offer customized part fixtures for stationary processing. These fixtures do not only include the necessary sensors and actuators, but they also have an extraction system that is specifically integrated for laser processing applications. This ensures optimal processing quality.
