Laser powers of 100 - 300 W and various nozzle and scanner variants are available to adapt to specific requirements. The tried-and-true technology of embedding the laser in a housing as an integral component of the kinematics is also provided here. An ultra-light housing made of carbon is the connecting link between axis 2 and 4 and contains the laser source. A large working area, speed, variation possibilities and very high precision characterise the laser cutting robot and make it an absolute high-tech machine.
The 6-axis laser robot is based on the ABB IRB 2600 robot and is programmed using the standard ABB programming language RAPID. This means that all known standard ABB options are available.
The extremely lightweight housing made of carbon integrates the CO₂ laser and the RF power supply. The robot's low weight and high stability allow it to conduct laser cutting jobs precisely and flexibly
The ROBOCUT A 100 laser robot can be equipped with CO₂ lasers from 100 to 300 W. The laser's direct integration into the robot allows for excellent part accessibility and significantly reduces cycle times in many applications.
