INJECTION MOULD AUTOMATION

With injection moulding automation, plastic components are
automatically removed from an injection moulding machine
and placed on an assembly line. Subsequent processes, such
as automatic assembly, coating, or deburring of components
can also be carried out. A basic distinction is made between re-
moval with linear robots and with 6-axis robots. With 6-axis
robots, greater flexibility of the systems is guaranteed. These
can also be built on the injection moulding machine to save
space.
